What You'll Do:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents
• Conduct routine interior and exterior security checks
• Monitor alarms and respond to medical emergencies
• Ensure facility safety standards are met
• Remove trash and soiled linen
• Check boiler room and kitchen temperatures
• Patrol the campus for suspicious activity
• Assist with resident concerns and special assignments as directed by the Facilities Supervisor

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• High school graduate or equivalent (required)
• One year of experience in general building maintenance with basic knowledge of heating and cooling systems (preferred)
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
