Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a proven leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical contracting and the ability to mentor and develop project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from planning through close-out.
Prepare project estimates, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Lead on-site teams and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with project scope, design, budget, and deadlines.
Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain strong client relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
Monitor project financials, including billing, change orders, collections, and forecasting.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues.
Mentor and guide assistant project managers, junior staff, and field supervisors.
Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR Journeyman/Master Electrician license.
10+ years of experience in electrical contracting project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Proficient in interpreting architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with project management software and Google Suite.
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within first year).
Preferred Qualifications
Master Electricians License.
Experience managing projects exceeding $10M in value.
Familiarity with computer-based estimating software.
