Job Title: Senior Pega Developer / Pega System Architect

Position Description:

• Value technology INC seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer / System Architect to join a high-performing team leveraging the latest Pega Infinity 24/ 25 platform . This role supports the Enterprise Pricing Service for a top-tier healthcare organization and offers hands-on exposure to Pega GenAI , autonomous workflows, and next-generation low-code innovation.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural expertise, modern UI skills, and deep technical knowledge of Pega Infinity to design, build, and govern scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architectural Excellence
• Design and implement cloud-native Pega solutions following Pega Infinity best practices.
• Build modular, reusable enterprise components to support scalability and maintainability.
• AI & Automation Integration
• Lead adoption of Pega GenAI Autopilot and GenAI Blueprint to accelerate development cycles.
• Enable AI-driven decisioning and autonomous workflow capabilities.
• Modern User Experience
• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using Constellation UI architecture .
• Ensure high performance and a consistent Single Page Application (SPA) experience.
• Quality & Governance
• Enforce design standards using App Studio and Dev Studio .
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guardrails.
• Monitor application health and performance using Admin Studio and Process Analysis dashboards .
• Agile & DevOps Leadership
• Drive end-to-end delivery within an Agile DevOps framework.
• Support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.

Required Qualifications And Experience :

• 5+ years of hands-on Pega implementation experience .
• At least 3+ years working with Pega Infinity 8.x or 23/ 24/ 25 versions.
• Certification
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) version 24 or higher (recommended).
• UI & Frontend
• Strong experience with Constellation UI or Theme Cosmos .
• Knowledge of ReactJS is a strong plus.
• Integration & Data
• Expertise in Digital Experience (DX) APIs v2 for stateless, JSON-based integrations.
• Experience with modern data access patterns, including keyed data pages.
