Job Description We are seeking a Senior Software Analyst to join our Human Resources Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst with deep experience in Workday configuration, operational execution, and solution delivery within enterprise HR platforms. What You'll Do Own the configuration and setup of Workday, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards Translate business needs into scalable system configurations, workflows, and integrations Deliver enhancements, patches, and upgrades with minimal disruption to operations Lead operational delivery of application support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis. Perform hands-on testing of system changes (integration, regression, FUT) Document and maintain system configurations, process flows, and support procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions Participate in agile delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups) Support data integrity and reporting through accurate data flows and validation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration for end-to-end solution delivery. Knowledge of performance tuning and root cause analysis for enterprise HR systems.
