Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Service Catalog & Forms to design, develop, and enhance catalog items, record producers, variables, and form behaviors . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer , and integrations supporting ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog items , Record Producers , and Order Guides .

• Create and manage Catalog Variables , Variable Sets , Multi-row Variable Sets (MRVS) .

• Develop Catalog Client Scripts , Catalog UI Policies , and UI Actions .

• Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer .

• Customize Catalog Forms for Incident, Request, Change, HR, and CSM use cases.

• Build and enhance Service Portal / UI Builder pages related to catalog requests.

• Implement approvals, SLAs, notifications, and fulfillment tasks.

• Integrate catalog requests with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs .

• Use Import Sets & Transform Maps for catalog-related data loads.

• Ensure reusability, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices .

• Support testing, UAT, production deployments, and defect fixes.
