If you have a mechanical mindset, a willingness to learn, and basic math skills, we’ll provide the tools to build your future.  What you will do:  Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.  Follow practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company quality standards  Follow and commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)  Perform limited tasks under close direction from an experienced skilled trades position Learn how to operate, diagnose, maintain, modify, and repair various types of machines and equipment Assist with setting-up, starting, adjusting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment Learn how to dismantle defective machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas or to install new or repaired parts Learn how to read and follow blueprint, schematics and manuals Learn SAP production and maintenance processes Maintain documentation and reports as required Utilize various tools and testing equipment Learn how to drive powered industrial equipment (PIT) What you will need:  No experience or training is required Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Familiar with and ability to convert decimals to fractions or vice versa Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial equipment (PIT) certification Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues Technical school or apprenticeship experience, preferred Previous machine operating experience, preferred Overview:  Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
