Are you ready to leverage your construction software and accounting expertise to empower our clients?

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers' success by delivering high-quality, engaging software training and providing expert consulting services. You will join a supportive, mostly remote team, where your primary focus will be leading virtual classroom training on the Trimble ConstructionOne product suite. You will also perform essential consulting work to deepen your software knowledge and ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs. We are looking for an individual who is personable, articulate, and passionate about helping people master complex systems.

• Lead engaging virtual classroom training sessions and on-site software implementations for customers on the Trimble ConstructionOne product suite, including Viewpoint Vista.

• Analyze customer business objectives and requirements to design and deliver effective software consulting solutions.

• Develop and improve training content, ensuring clear, step-by-step instruction for a diverse audience.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 2+ years of prior experience in virtual training, adult education, or a customer-facing consulting role, ideally focused on software implementation.

• Strong functional knowledge of construction accounting ERP software such as Spectrum ERP, Viewpoint Vista, PowerBI, or Crystal Reports.

• Highly personable and articulate communication style, enabling you to deliver complex information clearly and engagingly in a virtual classroom setting.

• A strong, motivated mindset with a foundational ability to quickly learn and master complex ERP software.

• This position may require North American (United States and Canada) travel for 3-5 day durations, working in various conditions at customer locations.

• Travel requirements may vary depending on assigned number of customer projects and project timing. Candidates for this position must be willing and able to meet travel requirements.

About Your Location

You will work from one of our state of the art offices to deliver virtual trainings and travel to various settings related to on-site customer consulting, averaging 50% travel.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
