We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA development and implementation, and a proven track record of automating business processes across various industries. As a Senior RPA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, and leading the technical implementation of automation projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain RPA bots and automation workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of RPA solutions, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation workflows, including bot errors and performance concerns.
- Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and provide mentorship to junior RPA developers.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure automation solutions align with infrastructure and security standards.
- Continuously monitor the performance of deployed bots, identify areas for optimization, and ensure scalability.
- Maintain proper documentation of RPA processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, RPA tool advancements, and best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Strong knowledge of RPA architecture, design, and development best practices.
- Experience in integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Understanding of process modeling and automation frameworks.
- Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and guide them through RPA development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications: - RPA Developer Certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
- Experience with AI/ML integrations into RPA solutions.
- Experience in process discovery and process mining tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
