Registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1979, we are recognized for our commitment to the community, ability to reach and provide services to marginalized groups, and capacity to serve various segments of Washington state's diverse population. From the beginning, our founders knew that social services for diverse communities, regardless of race or ethnic background, through education, socialization, advocacy, and support are critical to maintaining the diverse fabric of our communities. Through the decades, we have developed numerous programs and services to serve the needs of multicultural and multilingual individuals and families in Western Washington. Thanks to our community partnerships and generous grant funding, we currently provide support and services in the areas of senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time (based on your preferences). Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and locations.
