We are looking for an experienced professional Talent Manager
Key tasks and Responsibilities:
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
University degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field).
At least 5 years of proven experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or related HR functions.
English proficiency: Upper- Intermediate level or higher. Ability to communicate confidently in spoken and written English, participate in regional meetings, prepare reports, and interact with international partners.
Experience with assessment tools and methodologies.
Practical knowledge of competency models, performance evaluation techniques, employee assessment, 360° feedback, psychometric tools, and structured assessment methods.
Ability to provide objective feedback and actionable development recommendations.
Assessor’s experience would be an advantage.
Proficiency in: MS Office, Excel, Power Point, SAP.
Strong analytical mindset and experience working with HR metrics.
Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
