We are looking for an experienced professional  Talent Manager

Key tasks and  Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and support all training, development, and career planning initiatives.
  • Identify capability gaps, design development programs, and implement learning opportunities that drive both personal and professional growth.
  • Oversee the Succession Planning process and partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and implement appropriate development actions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all development-related activities.
  • Conduct employee assessments, including competency evaluations, performance reviews, and potential analysis.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to managers based on assessment outcomes.
  • Work with HR analytics: monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and identify root causes to recommend solutions.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and promote a consistent information flow across teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and apply assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with external training providers when needed.

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • University degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field).

  • At least 5 years of  proven experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or related HR functions.

  • English proficiency: Upper- Intermediate level or higher. Ability to communicate confidently in spoken and written English, participate in regional meetings, prepare reports, and interact with international partners.

  • Experience with assessment tools and methodologies.

  • Practical knowledge of competency models, performance evaluation techniques, employee assessment, 360° feedback, psychometric tools, and structured assessment methods.

  • Ability to provide objective feedback and actionable development recommendations.

  • Assessor’s experience would be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in: MS Office, Excel, Power Point, SAP.

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with HR metrics.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, coaching, and facilitation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
