Job Description:In this contingent resource assignment, you may:- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning.
- Review and analyze moderately complex challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables, while leveraging strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of Business Systems / Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work/consulting, training, military, or education.
Comments (Role Specifics)- Support the Co-Branded & Branded Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space by:
- Monitoring control and exception reports.
- Correcting identified defects via front-end systems.
- Driving process efficiencies and report consolidation — all within published SLAs.
- Partnering with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and strengthen reporting quality.
- (Mainframe familiarity is a plus.)
Must-Haves- 4+ years in business systems / reporting operations with hands-on exception monitoring & remediation.
- Proven SLA delivery, root-cause analysis, and clear documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to manage processes end-to-end.
Nice-to-Haves- Loyalty/Rewards (credit card) domain exposure.
- Mainframe (z/OS, JCL) familiarity.
- Process improvement experience.
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay Range: $45/hr. On W2 - $50/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
