This Position reports to:
Production Manager
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Die Cast Rotor and Maintenance Departments to facilitate the fabrication and repair of equipment
tooling. - Execute in-house fabrication and repair procedures to ensure seamless adherence to delivery timelines, fostering
customer satisfaction. - Safeguard operational continuity by maintaining in-house service capabilities, mitigating potential downtime risks and preserving production schedules.
- Uphold the imperative of timely order fulfillment by averting disruptions in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications - High School Diploma required; college-level machining classes preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and BUS/SAP is desirable.
- 2-5 years of machining and welding experience required. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, gating, thermal and mold design, and flow simulations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven track record in project management preferred. Ability to read, interpret, and edit technical drawings.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must be adaptable to new technologies and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
