Position Overview:

As a Remote Client Representative, you’ll build lasting relationships with clients and offer personalized solutions to meet their unique financial goals. Working virtually via Zoom, you’ll provide valuable information and customer service to policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and their policies are up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with clients virtually to assess their needs, explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
• Provide Ongoing Customer Service: Answer inquiries, assist with policy changes, and support clients with claims processing.
• Foster Long-Term Relationships: Build trust and stay in touch with clients to ensure their policies remain aligned with their evolving needs.
• Uphold Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Suggested Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills for clear, effective interactions.
• Basic computer knowledge to manage virtual consultations and documentation.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for helping others.
• Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality to build lasting client relationships.
• Time management skills to handle a remote workload efficiently.
• Prior leadership management experience is a plus.
