We are searching for a dynamic, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help support the Recruiting team, creating a top-tier experience for candidates and our clients. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will play a key part in driving the recruiting process, candidate experience, andimpactful operational projects daily, having a direct impact on the organization's growth.

Talent Solutions RPO is looking to add top talent to join our strong team of Coordinators where our focus is providing an excellent candidate experience to all new hires for our client, Intuit.
Essential Functions
* Assist the Recruiting team with candidate interview scheduling
* Able to effectively schedule multiple interviews weekly
* Schedule and communicate interview details with candidates.
* Communicate any interview scheduling conflicts or changes to the Recruiting team
* Enter and track candidate information in the recruiting database, ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
* Conduct background and reference checks for finalist candidates.
* Ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks and requests in an environment with constantly changing priorities
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
* Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and similar computer applications
* HS Diploma or GED required
