✨  We're Hiring! Senior Web & Graphic Designer (Team Lead) ✨

Are you a creative leader who loves turning ideas into visually stunning digital experiences? Ruvixx is looking for a  Web & Graphic Designer  with leadership experience to join our remote team. You will help shape how our brand shines online while guiding creative initiatives.

•   Role: Full-time contract (Remote, LATAM-based)
•   Compensation: Starting at $1,000 USD/month
•   Requirement: CV must be submitted in English (LATAM-based candidates only)

About the Role  We are looking for a hands-on designer with a keen eye for detail who also possesses the ability to lead. You'll be the go-to person for designing and managing websites (Wix Studio or WordPress) and creating impactful visuals. Crucially, you will also bring experience in  leading teams , helping to organize workflows and ensure high-quality output.

This is a full-time contract position with an initial 3-month trial period. After the trial, there is potential for a long-term collaboration and a compensation increase based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Coordinate:  Oversee design timelines and coordinate tasks, acting as a lead point of contact for creative projects.
• Web Design:  Build, update, and manage websites using  Wix Studio and/or WordPress , ensuring great performance and user experience.
• Creative Assets:  Design assets for events, webinars, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Brand Identity:  Contribute to our internal brand identity with high-quality design work that supports business development.
• Email Marketing:  Create and test responsive email campaigns (using tools like Unlayer) to ensure they look great across devices.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership (Must-Have):  Proven experience leading teams, managing junior designers, or overseeing creative project workflows.
• Web Proficiency:  Strong experience building or managing websites using  Wix  (Wix Studio preferred)  AND/OR WordPress .
• Portfolio:  A strong portfolio that showcases your design, branding, and digital asset creation skills.
• Toolkit:  Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Technical Details:  Experience designing and testing responsive emails.
• Soft Skills:  Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Bonus:  Familiarity with Velo by Wix or motion design skills (e.g., After Effects).

Compensation

• Starting at $1,000 USD/month .
• After a successful 3-month trial and performance review, the rate may increase to $1,200 USD/month .
