Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Standards: Ensure full implementation and consistency of management brand standards.
• Financial Oversight: Provide accurate and timely financial information, driving profitability while maintaining standards.
• Sales and Marketing: Drive revenue through strategic sales and marketing activities, actively engaging with the local community.
• Yield Management: Optimize rate and occupancy through effective yield management strategies.
• Property Maintenance: Maintain property through a proactive preventive maintenance program.
• Cost Control: Maximize profit through effective cost management aligned with brand and company standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service, achieving high guest service scores and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 year as a General Manager in the Choice hotel industry.
• Community Engagement: Strong involvement in local sales and community activities.
• Communication: Positive and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Management Style: Supportive and hands-on leadership approach.
• Technical Skills: Competence in Word and Excel; ability to budget, understand P&L statements, and forecast accurately.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for training and meetings as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Opera knowledge and IHG GM Certification preferred.
