• We are hiring immediately for full time HOUSEKEEPER UTILITY position.
• Location : HSHS St Elizabeth's Hospital - 1 Saint Elizabeths Boulevard, O Fallon, IL 62269. Note: online applications accepted only .
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Days and hours may vary; rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous housekeeping experience is preferred. 
• Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $15.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains facility areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly. 

• Maintains and services cleaning equipment.
• Stocks cleaning carts with supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets.
• Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.
• Fixes and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to push containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Mechanical abilities to fix and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Great communication skills.
