What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Manager who will oversee our IT operations while also serving as a hands-on resource for daily support. This individual will manage our technology infrastructure, ensure compliance with all required information technology standards, and provide exceptional end-user support across macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu systems. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building machines, troubleshooting user issues, and managing enterprise IT platforms.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000.00 - $145,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Edge Case considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Washington state applicants only: Full-time employees accrue at least 13 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; and receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
