Lead Clinical Recruiter

The Role
The Lead Clinical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. This position will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent and growing a strong pipeline necessary to drive our company's success, all while delivering a white glove experience for our candidates from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Work closely with Human Resources, Recruiting and Operations to understand the organization’s needs and develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top-tier candidates and build a healthy candidate pipeline.
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other potential recruitment channels.
· Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings of potential candidates to identify qualified candidates.
· Act as a liaison between the candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resources staff.
· Negotiate compensation packages based on budgets and internal equity and facilitate the offer process.
· Ensure assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
· Attend job fairs and industry conferences to network with potential candidates.
· Maintain records of all candidates and hires, and report on recruitment campaign success and areas for improvement
· Stay informed about trends and innovations in healthcare recruitment and retention strategies.
· Identify gaps in current recruitment processes and devise and implement solutions.
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Assist with the buildout of Paylocity’s Recruiting Module to report on recruiting metrics including - Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Conversion, Source Channel Performance, etc.
· Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
· Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare field
· Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
· High level of autonomy
· Strong time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High attention to detail and follow through
· Hands-on experience with Paylocity Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
