Job Description
We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to support and contribute to the design, execution, and evaluation of programs aimed at developing internal and client-facing leadership talent. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about strategic growth and leadership performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and delivery of leadership development programs, workshops, and training initiatives
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and leadership best practices
Support performance tracking, program assessments, and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align leadership goals with organizational strategy
Prepare presentations, reports, and learning materials for internal and external stakeholders
Provide logistical coordination and administrative support for leadership events and engagements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or a related role
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with learning and development methodologies and tools
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and professional growth
