- Develop detailed project plan/schedule
- Manage project documentation
- Coordinate logistics/meetings with key stakeholders
- Produce project progress reports and visuals for senior management updates
- Keep project on time and under budget
- Regular status updates for VPs
- Strong documentation and tracking skills
Tools & Technologies:
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Excel
- MS Project
- SharePoint
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience coordinating efforts across groups/teams
- Experience with migrations and handling many moving pieces
- Working with various teams to set up flows in existing systems
Work Details:
- 4 days a week on-site
- Monthly status reports and meetings with governance team and senior leaders
Certifications:
- PMP or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory
