Job Title: Project Manager 
Location: Remote 
Contract Duration: 6 Months 

Position Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a cross-functional Incident Response (IR) team. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organization, and excellent communication skills to drive the successful delivery of project goals. This role involves managing resources, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders and project participants. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage and coordinate activities of the Incident Response (IR) project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and achievement of key milestones. 

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project status updates, including strategy adjustments and progress reports, to stakeholders and key participants. 

• Delegate project tasks to appropriate team members based on skillsets and expertise. 

• Assess project needs, establish clear priorities, and ensure alignment with overall objectives. 

• Evaluate project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and provide a comprehensive project closeout summary. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:  

• Proven experience managing IT or security-related projects, preferably within an Incident Response or technical team setting. 

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills. 

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction and reporting. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications. 

• Experience with cybersecurity, incident response, or risk management projects. 

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
