Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll perform comprehensive respiratory assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and develop patient-focused care plans under physician directives. Responsibilities include ventilator management, noninvasive ventilation optimization, airway clearance therapy, bronchodilator and inhaled medication administration, patient and family education, and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
